Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist

We’re on the lookout for a Sr. Performance Marketing Manager to work together with our Marketing, Content, Business Development and Product Management teams to help propel our company forward. To succeed in this role you should have experience within a growth or performance role, either in-house or in an agency is essential.

Initially we are looking for someone to drive and improve our own marketing across the group and long term also someone who can work with the wider team to build an attractive marketing offering to sell to our clients


  • Develop online strategies responding to the our business objectives and in response to  the competitive landscape
  • Lead advertising on multiple platforms (Google Search, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Display Banners, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc.)
  • Optimize and monitor the ad performance to achieve KPI i.e awareness, conversion, sales
  • Manage and allocate budgets appropriately based on performance
  • Measure & track on KPI performance of all digital marketing campaign, digital asset, brand platform (website & social media)
  • Analyze data from ads platform, Google Analytics, and other data sources and present campaign reports weekly and monthly with suggested improvements and key insights
  • Report ad performance with Pivot Table Excel and Google Data studio and other visualization tools that create easy to understand and actionable reports

About You

you’re passionate about increasing brand awareness, driving lead gen and sales and enjoy using data to solve problems and identify content opportunities, campaign planning  and landing page improvements then you’ll fit right in. You should be a great communicator and happy working in cross collaborative teams. 

Minimum requirements

  •  Minimum 5 years a digital marketing agency or in-house role in a B2B business
  • Expertise in Facebook advertising and search engine marketing, analyzing results and metrics, giving recommendations, and understanding clients' business goals & objectives
  • Substantial experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and digital advertising campaign
  • Strong understanding of how to build and target B2B segments 
  • Expertise in Optimization Media Campaign.
  • Able to use Google Tag Manager and a Google Analytics expert
  • Able to use Google Data Studio 
  • Excel/google sheets wizard
  • Able to communicate in English is a must and Thai is a plus
  • Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills and an ability to work with competing priorities.
