Recruitment Manager (IT)

You will lead a team of Recruiters, deal with internal stakeholders and collaborate with various members of the People team to ensure we source and onboard talent. You will focus on coaching and training  the team, driving performance of the recruitment function to achieve the company goals and also actively be recruiting or head hunting as required.


Responsibilities: 


  • Propose,track and implement the talent acquisition strategy to achieve Company OKR’s 

    • Partner closely with the Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with business strategies.

    • Propose, track and provide feedback on OKR’s/KPI’s that measure team performance.

    • Manage all channels to ensure maximum cost-effectiveness of cost per hire.

  • Lead, manage, and coach the Recruitment team to deliver top talent in a timely and efficient manner

  • Design and actively participate in the recruitment process and system to improve performance/effectiveness

    • Identify, implement and administer applications such as ATS

    • Identify, improve and document processes based on best practices

  • Recruitment: Utilize all personal networks, recruitment sourcing/ acquisition channels to find candidates, job advertisements, internal database, referrals, events, and headhunting.

  • Ensure outstanding candidate experience

  • Employer Branding/Talent Acquisition Marketing

    • Attend and participate in Employer Branding/recruitment events

    • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies in branding and sourcing designed to attract key talent through all media channels

    • Manage recruitment and employer branding projects; Open House, Mass Recruitment and Internship program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring intern job contributions.

  • Provide employee market information and competitor analysis to inform HR Benefits/policies.


Qualifications:


  • Fluent in written and spoken English (fluency in Thai is preferable)
  • Minimum 8 years' experience across both internal Talent Acquisition and external Recruitment Consultancy with minimum 5 years' experience recruiting for IT / Technology based roles. 
  • Experience with direct Headhunting for niche skill sets. 
  • 5 years of recruitment Team management and coaching experience.
  • Previous experience in hiring for Southeast Asia market is a plus
  • Experience working in a multinational environment.
  • Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Strong prioritization skills, able to work well under pressure and to meet targets & deadlines
  • Time and project management skills, and an ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
  • This position requires the ability to work in a fast-pace environment requiring flexibility and teamwork.
  • Able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the telephone and in writing
  • Data driven, strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point
