Head of QA

To support the growth of our QA services and strengthen quality across all projects, we’re looking for a new Head of QA to lead and scale our quality assurance function at Seven Peaks. You’ll be part of the leadership team for our Digital Products business unit, working closely with Heads of Engineering, Delivery, Product, and Design to build high-quality digital solutions for our global clients.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the QA strategy, team development, and process excellence, including modern practices like AI-assisted testing, test automation, and integration with CI/CD pipelines.


What You’ll Do

  • Define and drive the QA strategy across people, process, and tooling

  • Lead and grow a high-performing QA team across multiple project squads

  • Champion modern QA practices, including automation, AI-enhanced testing, and shift-left thinking

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Delivery, Product, and clients to embed quality throughout the SDLC

  • Own QA hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development planning

  • Support pre-sales and represent QA in client-facing discussions when needed

  • Track and improve QA effectiveness using relevant metrics and KPIs

  • Build a team culture focused on accountability, learning, and continuous improvement


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience leading QA in a modern software or digital services environment
  • Strong understanding of test automation, quality frameworks, and CI/CD integration
  • Passion for developing people and fostering a culture of ownership and initiative
  • Interest in using AI and emerging technologies to improve QA speed and coverage
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-paced project environments
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Background in consulting or client-facing roles is a plus
