To support the growth of our QA services and strengthen quality across all projects, we’re looking for a new Head of QA to lead and scale our quality assurance function at Seven Peaks. You’ll be part of the leadership team for our Digital Products business unit, working closely with Heads of Engineering, Delivery, Product, and Design to build high-quality digital solutions for our global clients.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the QA strategy, team development, and process excellence, including modern practices like AI-assisted testing, test automation, and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
What You’ll Do
Define and drive the QA strategy across people, process, and tooling
Lead and grow a high-performing QA team across multiple project squads
Champion modern QA practices, including automation, AI-enhanced testing, and shift-left thinking
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Delivery, Product, and clients to embed quality throughout the SDLC
Own QA hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development planning
Support pre-sales and represent QA in client-facing discussions when needed
Track and improve QA effectiveness using relevant metrics and KPIs
Build a team culture focused on accountability, learning, and continuous improvement
