The Role

The IT Support at Seven Peaks will play a major role in ensuring that all IT infrastructure, equipment and relevant accounts and provided to employees to enable them to work productively either in the office or when working from home.

IT Support will coordinate with specialised vendors and consultants to ensure all IT infrastructure is in working condition.


The Responsibilities

General IT Troubleshooting

  • Resolve IT incidents within the required time frame.

  • Perform network troubleshooting, including:
         -Wi-Fi: Ubiquiti Unifi UDM and APs (99%)
         -LAN: Zyxel switches

  • Provide first-line support for user account issues in Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID.

  • Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., VOIP, network providers) to resolve issues.

Software Support and Account Administration

  • Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra accounts.

  • Support the setup of accounts for new users, including the Intune onboarding process.

  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding of employees across systems.

  • Assist in tracking internal SaaS usage.



Technical Assets

  • Provide asset management support, including managing access keys, laptops, monitors, TVs, casting devices, webcams, and other IT-related office supplies.

  • Offer support for hardware, applications, telephony, and peripheral products to ensure efficient use of equipment and systems.

  • Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for both new and existing employees.

  • Ensure the proper functioning of all IT and AV equipment in common areas and employee workspaces.

  • Arrange equipment repairs and maintenance, and track warranty information.

  • Manage inventory of equipment, consumables, and other supplies; support asset tracking and maintain asset reports, including overseeing check-in/check-out processes.

  • Oversee asset disposal.

  • Provide IT support during employee onboarding and offboarding.



Security Equipment

  • Add or remove employees from fingerprint scanning and door entry systems.

  • Ensure the functionality of security cameras (Unifi Protect G4 Bullet).



Other Tasks

  • Identify areas for improvement and cost reduction while maintaining service and delivery standards.

  • Support internal events, activities, and meetups by ensuring technical equipment functions correctly.

  • Assist with administrative paperwork related to IT and admin processes.

  • Perform on-site support outside regular office hours (e.g., weekends) for troubleshooting or equipment setup to minimize downtime.

  • Assist the Office Manager and Admin team with tasks such as moving furniture, fixing small items, cabling (electrical, etc.), and other minor tasks as assigned.



The Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in IT-related field or relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in Apple and Windows operating systems, basic networking and experience in cloud services e.g. Google workspace.

  • Knowledge and experience of hardware/software troubleshooting.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Previous experience in a technical support role.

  • Service minded.

  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently, while raising issues as necessary.

  • Can prioritize tasks and work under pressure

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work flexible hours.

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems is a plus.

  • Relevant certifications like Microsoft, or Cisco is a plus

  • Thai language proficiency is preferred.
