About the role
As a Cloud Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that leverage Azure's comprehensive cloud services and advanced development tools like GitHub and GitHub Copilot. This position focuses on collaborating with local sales teams and Microsoft representatives to drive customer success and ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to identify their business and technical requirements, demonstrating how Azure and GitHub can drive innovation and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales teams on Thai leads to build trust and ensure successful project completion.
- Act as a liaison between our organization and Microsoft’s representatives, facilitating communication and alignment.
- Conduct and lead workshops, including GitHub and GitHub Copilot sessions, to educate and empower clients.
- Represent our company at industry events and forums in Thailand, enhancing our presence and relationships within the local market.
- Provide pre-sales consultations, solution demonstrations, and guidance on app modernization and migration to Azure.
- Track client interactions and project progress, reporting insights to internal stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
Key Capabilities
- Proven ability to understand complex customer needs and develop appropriate cloud solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services (or other cloud providers), including DevOps fundamentals and application modernization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of leading workshops and advisory sessions.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a partner-driven environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or consulting role, preferably within the technology or SaaS sectors.
- Familiarity with cloud computing practices, GitHub, and Azure platforms is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Willingness to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Microsoft products and solutions is a strong advantage.
- Background in cloud solution consulting or pre-sales engagements is a plus.
