We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our high performing commercial team at Seven Peaks Software. This role plays a central part in driving enterprise growth across Thailand and Southeast Asia by identifying strategic opportunities, shaping proposals, and building trusted relationships with senior leaders in banking, insurance, hospitality, real estate, retail, logistics, and other enterprise sectors.
You will work closely with our executive team, delivery directors, solution architects, and design leaders to craft winning proposals that combine technology, data, and design into clear business value for clients. This is a senior client facing role suited to someone who understands complex digital transformation programs and who is comfortable guiding conversations with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Revenue Growth and Pipeline Leadership
Own and grow a qualified pipeline across target enterprise accounts
Develop account strategies with clear business objectives aligned to client needs
Lead proactive outreach campaigns to open new opportunities
Partner with VP Business Development to frame enterprise opportunities across data platforms, enterprise software development, GenAI, digital experience, mobile product revamps, and cloud modernisation
Opportunity Qualification and Deal Structuring
Lead discovery conversations to uncover business pain points, technical challenges, and value creation areas100.
Translate business needs into clear scopes of work and commercial structures.
Collaborate with internal pre-sales teams to define approaches, team structures, timelines, and effort models.
Build high quality proposals, presentations, and SOWs that articulate tangible business value for our Customers.
Stakeholder and Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders in BFSI, energy, manufacturing, hospitality, retail, logistics, real estate, and other enterprise sectors.
Maintain regular cadence with clients to ensure deep understanding of evolving needs.
Present confidently to senior management, steering committees, and procurement teams.
Develop and maintain account maps, win themes, and navigation strategies.
Partnership and Ecosystem Engagement
Work with technology and consulting partners to co develop opportunities.
Support go to market activities, networking events, and vertical specific campaigns.
Proposal Excellence and Collaboration
Work closely with design teams to shape visually compelling decks and experience design proposals.
Work with engineering, cloud, and data teams to ensure technical feasibility and commercial alignment.
Ensure all proposals and documents are accurate, high quality, and clearly express client value
Internal Leadership and Commercial Governance
Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting.
Support continuous improvement of proposal templates, win themes, and internal processes.
Mentor junior BD team members and contribute to team capability development.
