The Responsibilities
Receptionist
Receive and greet all visitors in a professional manner.
Provide front desk-type reception duties for the office which includes handling of phone calls and managing customers timely and professionally.
Administration
Support point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and bills.
Assist in ordering office supplies and IT equipment.
Assist in organizing messengers for delivery and pick-up.
Assist in collecting and distributing all incoming mail and courier items.
Assist in the coordination of company functions/events and weekly lunch.
Assist in any administration duties as and when required.
Assist in archive Company’s documents.
Participate and Support in Company Events and Employees Engagement.
The Qualifications
Thai Students/Fresh Grads based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Available for a full-time internship for a minimum 3 months.
Passionate about Admin & Receptionist, with interest in the Tech Industry.
Ability to communicate Good in English and Strong in Thai, Spoken and Written.
Good computer skills: Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
Open-minded, Friendly personality and can attitude.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Having your own laptop is preferred.
