You will work closely with CEO and COO on the People Strategy and lead Seven Peaks’ People team as we scale to support significant organizational growth. You will lay the solid HR foundations (systems, processes and policies), and will lead and continue to develop our People and operational functions while building out Total Rewards, Performance & Development and Culture & Engagement capabilities.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to embed People strategies, policies and best practices across tools and spaces.
You will create an outstanding experience for our team members by designing and implementing people programs throughout the employee life cycle, systems and processes that scale and drive organizational performance. You will create a strategy and long term People plan that supports the company’s strategic plan.
You will have strong People-skills and service mindset to provide coaching, mentoring and troubleshooting for people-related issues and bringing out the best in our team members.
Roles and responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end HR/People processes and policies.
Contribute to strategy development through the provision of HR solutions that demonstrate added value.
Provide advice to employees for all people-related matters and act as the voice of the employees.
Own employee engagement to boost employee happiness.
Ensuring suitable HR systems, practices and processes are in place to enable ongoing growth & expansion
Set Compensation & benefits and Organisational development.
Set the People Development strategy and practices.
Manage the employee life cycle ( employee onboarding, payroll review, benefits administration, and offboarding) to ensure the best experience.
Manage the People Team (Recruitment, HR, Admin)
Responsible for HRM
Update and administer human resource policies and procedures, including intranet
Ensure all employees are following time tracking processes with high utilization.
Maintain all employment and payroll records
Help ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable laws, rules and policies
Maintain and organize employee facing resources – ensuring forms, policies and resources are up-to-date and easily accessible by employees
Ensuring Employee personal development, training and executing the annual Appraisal process.
Prepare an administrative process for promotion / transfer/ movement of employees.
Coordinate with group health / life insurance providers for renewal, update employee listing, claims.
Oversee Visa and BOI process for expats
Willing to work hands on (especially at the beginning) to set up the systems, policies and processes.
10+ years of human resource experience (Full Spectrum HR, People, Talent) in a startup or lean tech environment, with staff of at least 50+.
Understanding of business needs, can work independently and experienced in managing a team of HR professionals to drive process changes, and execute with results.
Reading/writing fluency in English and Thai
Outstanding EQ and can handle Thai and Foreign staff issues
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, compliance and practices and experience in developing, executing and maintaining HR projects and programs. If not, then at least has a good network to tap into.
Ability to use sound judgment and discretion while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
Keen attention to detail and process development/implementation
Effective verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
Able to manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities.
Experience with web/online systems e.g. HRIS, ATS platforms, Google Workspace
Excellent process orientation and enjoyment in finding the opportunities to create, automate and improve processes to ensure the best delivery of people services. This includes a demonstrated ability to develop and deliver elegant data- and tech-driven people programs and processes.
