Role & Responsibility

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, your role is to lead end-to-end design projects, crafting digital experiences that meet both user and business needs. You’ll bring a solid understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to work independently on most tasks, seeking occasional support only for highly complex scenarios. This role requires strategic thinking and strong mentoring skills, as you’ll provide guidance to junior and mid level designers and collaborate across teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality work. By applying your expertise in familiar settings and structured projects, you’ll elevate design quality and drive user-centered solutions, though some edge cases or particularly intricate challenges may still require collaboration with others.


  • User Experience Design: Lead the design of complex user flows, information architecture, and end-to-end user journeys. Create and oversee personas, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a cohesive user experience.
  • User Interface Design: Develop visually compelling and intuitive interfaces, maintaining consistency with design systems and accessibility standards. Ensure brand alignment and visual consistency across platforms.
  • Usability Testing & Iteration: Plan and analyze usability testing sessions, identifying user pain points and iterating designs based on findings. Collaborate with teams to incorporate feedback effectively.
  • User Research & Insights: Conduct and oversee user research, translating insights into strategic design recommendations. Ensure user-centered design practices are foundational to the process.
  • Concept Development: Drive ideation and prototyping sessions, translating insights into innovative solutions. Validate and refine concepts with cross-functional teams, aligning with product goals and user needs.
  • Documentation & Communication: Create detailed design documentation, present concepts to stakeholders, and facilitate design reviews. Advocate for user-centered design and contribute to broader design initiatives.
  • Mentorship & Team Development: Guide junior and mid-level designers, providing feedback and setting growth goals. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes team development.
  • Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay updated on trends and best practices, contributing to process improvements and innovation within the team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, product managers, and other teams to deliver cohesive user experiences. Ensure technical feasibility and consistency across platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Engage and inform stakeholders through presentations on design strategies, project updates, and user insights, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Project Management: Oversee timelines, deliverables, and quality control. Use tools like Jira to manage tasks and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by crafting proposals, presentations, and concept designs that highlight the value of our design expertise.
  • Adherence to Frameworks: Refine and evolve internal design frameworks, ensuring scalability and efficiency in future projects.

Qualification
  • Native Thai speaker is mandatory, and a good command of written and spoken English is  essential.
  • 4+ years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of and experience using UX methods and design thinking processes
  • Proven experience with interaction design and prototyping
  • Experience designing in Figma, particularly with using components and design systems.
  • A strong understanding of mobile and web interface patterns and guidelines
  • An outstanding design portfolio that demonstrates design principles for web and/or mobile platforms.
  • A good understanding of graphic design, color theory, fonts and illustration
  • A nice personality and willingness to have fun with the team
